LivePreso’s deep integration capabilities and ongoing commitment to business outcomes over an eight-year-long partnership with REA Group have led to the expansion of its offering to their Commercial Property and Developer teams.
From product overviews and pricing to competitor analysis and collaborative action plans, LivePreso’s data-driven, interactive customer experiences have enabled the Residential team to deliver significant productivity savings and exceptional customer experiences over the last decade.

REA Group worked with its existing digital delivery partner, V.I., to transform the way account managers deliver value to their agents via LivePreso. This is achieved through best-in-class content, automation of time-consuming workflows, and by directly integrating LivePreso with REA Group’s critical business systems and data sources, including Tableau. This drastically reduced time spent collating data and extrapolating insights to deliver value to agents.
REA Group has also integrated LivePreso with Salesforce, to automate the use of – and more critically, updates to – their CRM data. Rodney House, REA Group Sales Adoption Lead, is looking to the future with LivePreso, stating that LivePreso’s deep integration capabilities will make the sales process much more seamless and insightful, further improving the value gained from Salesforce, a key component of REA Group’s tech stack.
A commitment to sales transformation
REA Group began its sales automation journey with LivePreso in 2014, as early adopters of the platform to deliver data-driven, customer specific experiences to real estate agents. Over the last eight years, LivePreso has evolved to be a key competitive differentiator in REA Group’s tech stack, allowing the team to utilise dynamic content to simplify complex, technical information for customers and help accelerate their growth journeys.
LivePreso has enabled REA Group’s commercial property arm, realcommercial.com.au, to make extensive use of data points to provide customers with a unique interactive experience, through pricing calculators and performance data. Business rules also guide presentations based on location, only presenting relevant agency profiles to customers.
And the results speak for themselves: LivePreso enabled REA Group to save two years worth of sales presentation prep time with LivePreso—in one quarter alone.
